  When I stated it was working really well and did for a while for the most part . But I started to have problem with their front desk. Their front desk is incompetent at best and unreliable . They often have scheduled me for an apt. And then come to find out they scheduled me with the wrong doc. . So I show up and get sent home with a new apt. At least a month out from the one I was supposed to have . This has happened repeatedly. Needless to say this is unprofessional at best . But I kept my head up and just moved on . Then twice they gave me a time to be there and when i arrived I was told it was actually later in the day or earlier. This is not true because I write it in my day planner at the time of scheduling. To make matters worse after "three years "of doing all that they asked "p.t., images and putting up with the incompetence of office staff " they said I was late 3 times and was therefore no longer allowed any pain meds ever . I asked if they felt I had some how abused them and the doc said no. Which was true since several times I asked to lower the amount and had been needing it less and less. So after three years of holding up to my end and putting up with their front desk many flaws I was being treated just awful. I am doing fine with out them for the most part, but still worried one day I might need something again. I have gone over a year with out" knock on wood" . What a kick in the teeth. Try sandusky
