- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪BEWARE - As a new patient, after waiting for 47 minutes for Dr. Crosby to come in, he proceeded to take the questions I had written up out of my hand and called me a hypochondriac. He was very rude and condescending, unwilling to listen and completely oblivious to anything I attempted to explain... in between his own talking. He dismissed me with his conclusion that my issues were in my head. I later received a bill for over $250 (a ridiculous amount) and after calling the office and explaining what happened, Dr. Crosby refused to lower the bill despite the horrible experience and missed diagnosis. I found another doctor who was willing to listen to my story and we got to the bottom of my issues, one of which turned out to be a moderately severe intestinal infection. Extremely disappointed in both the doctor and the customer service. Will not be going back and discourage anyone from doing so if they're dealing with anything more than a sore throat.October 09, 2017by Kayla Jarvinen
